Highly conscious means being in harmony with the supportive, unseen world of spirit. Paying attention and shifting anything that undermines joy, drains you effectiveness in your purpose or drains your vitality. Being willing to trust, to let go and let nothing derail the actions of your inner soul guidance.
There is an innate drive in humans to connect with the natural world, the wildness of nature, the plants, the animals, as a way to heal body mind and spirit. We go to nature to re-set, to heal, to recharge. This is the essence of living as a highly conscious human, to be connected to nature, to each other and to ourselves. To live as the best version of ourselves so far.
Without this connection, this quest to live as highly conscious humans, we become stressed out, impatient, anxious, filled with worry and regret. Our emotional tank is drained and we can’t seem to find our own truth.
HighlyConscious.Life recognizes and supports everyone in the highly conscious soul tribe who work to awaken our world, even as we use different tools and methods. We may work from different places and with different tools, but all for the one true purpose of awakening higher consciousness on this planet.
Highly conscious bodywork rituals are crafted to blend the therapeutic benefits of massage, mindfulness and the healing power of essential oils and /or cannabis. You can choose massage oil infused with or without CBD. CBD massage oil is infused with full-spectrum extract CBD —but they are low in THC, the component of marijuana that causes psychoactive effects.
CBD massage oil does not create any feelings of ‘disassociation,’ ‘lethargy’ or even a ‘high,’ as often associated with regular marijuana. This oil absorbs directly into the skin and has calming, inflammation-reducing effects that help to soothe, heal, and reduce pain.
In medical terms, “CBD interacts with the body through the endogenous cannabinoid system (ECS) or endocannabinoid system. First discovered in the late 1980’s, the endocannabinoid system regulates the body’s homeostasis, or general state of balance, impacting such functions as mood, sleep, appetite, hormone regulation, and pain and immune response.”
Cannabis Sativa is the only strain of marijuana that the FDA labels as having psychedelic properties.
Highly conscious cannabis journeys are group psychedelic experiences using a blend of cannabis that includes sativa.
These journeys are safe, legal and deeply transformative. Participants experience firsthand the true psychedelic nature of cannabis as plant medicine.
Most participants describe a cannabis journey as very similar to other plant medicines, including MDMA, psilocybin and even ayahuasca. while a cannabis journey takes less time, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they are less intense.
The advantages to using cannabis as a plant medicine are three fold:
1) It’s legal.
2) cannabis supports the person to have free will to dive as deep as they are ready to. Many other plant medicines determine the path of healing: cannabis allows you to create an intention and co-create the experience.
3) the cannabis journey can be modulated by imbibing the correct ratio of medicine, thus allowing you to journey for the afternoon or evening, integrate and then step back into the flow of life.
in keeping with Colorado law, Highly Conscious Cannabis Journeys are offered as private sessions or in groups, by invitation only. Go here to get an invitation. Go here to inquire about a private session.
Private sessions are held in my home.
Both private sessions and group experiences are consumption events and you must be over 18. You must arrange for transportation after the journey.
We do not provide plant medicine. We do ask that each participant donate medicine that added to the community blend. It is this blend that we journey with as a group.
For many years, I have considered breathwork as a formula for transformation. Over the last 20 years that I’ve been practicing breathwork, it seems that almost everyone who is drawn to breathwork is ready to make a change, or preparing for one.
Breathwork, in and of itself, is one of the most potent and cost effective healing modalities. But add the support of plant medicine, specifically cannabis sativa and you have an experience that is deeply rich and transformational.
While highly conscious cannabis journeys with breathwork are powerful, not everyone who comes to breathwork is looking for total transformation. Some are interested in feeling better in their body, or curious to experience new feelings, and some want to enjoy the wonderful buzz they get from breathwork. all by itself. Breathwork is effective as a stand-alone therapy and can be experienced with or without cannbis.
Whatever your reason for considering breathwork, this is your invitation to experience the magic of breathing differently and to connect to the core of your spirit and soul.
You can practice mindfulness meditation on your own anytime and anywhere. But listening to guided meditations can also be helpful, especially when getting started. Iinstructions from an experienced teacher can help remind us to come back to the present moment, let go of distracting thoughts and not be so hard on ourselves.
Cannabis is a potent plant ally that both supports our journey of healing and in regaining ancient relationship with primal spirituality through plants as allies.
These guided and mindful meditations walk you through the sacred cannabis-imbibing ritual and then into a highly healing body-centric meditation.
Remember, this is not about chemistry. It’s about your spiritual relationship to the plant as medicine, as living, highly-aware, intelligent beings.
